Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was an interesting experience. The unique cave-style rooms were a highlight, offering a glimpse into a different kind of accommodation. The breakfast spread was expansive, which was a great start to the day. However, I encountered issues with the service, particularly the lack of attentiveness from the staff, which made certain moments frustrating. Overall, while there were some standout features, the service and room maintenance left a bit to be desired.
The hotel has a stunning exterior and impressive design, but unfortunately, some areas seem to be a bit neglected. The rooms are spacious, well-kept, and have excellent amenities. While the staff demonstrated moments of friendliness, the service could be inconsistent, particularly in the dining area, which felt dated and lacked attention. Despite these drawbacks, the beautiful decor and facilities make for a memorable stay overall.
We had a wonderful time at the hotel, enjoying the breathtaking views and a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the valley. The breakfast was quite diverse and satisfying, but we faced some issues with the Wi-Fi, which didn't work well in our room. Overall, it was a magical stay with very helpful staff, but clearer communication would enhance the experience.
My stay at the Cappadocia Cave Hotel was truly magical, with stunning views of the valley and Uchisar castle that enhanced my experience. The rooftop balcony provided a perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons during sunrise. The rooms were well-appointed and had a nice seating area, but I encountered minor issues with the Wi-Fi and some language barriers among the staff. Overall, it was a delightful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
My family and I had a rather unpleasant stay at CCR. While the reception staff was nice about helping us reschedule, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms felt dated and overpriced, and we had significant issues with service. Our main highlight was the swimming pool, which was enjoyable, but overall, I can't recommend this hotel based on our experience.
